Our Application Process



STEP1: CV Screening/Phone Screening

Shortlisting of candidates that meet our minimum requirements.



STEP2: Online Assessment

Candidate who passed the phone screening will proceed with an online test covering verbal, numerical and abstract knowledge. This component is timed and will take over an hour to complete.



STEP3: Panel Interviews

Selected candidates will be invited to meet with Mondelēz International managers for an interview. The interviews are behaviourally based and are a great way for us to get to know more about you, your skills, personal qualities and previous work experience. We also see the process as a great way for you to get to know more about us and what it’s like to work at Mondelēz International.



STEP4: Assessment Center

Those who successfully pass our application screening and online assessment will be invited to participate in an assessment centre. The assessment centre consists of a range of activities where you get to show us more about yourself and how you work both individually and in a small group.

You'll also get exposure to some of the fundamentals of the Mondelēz International business, have an opportunity to apply your business acumen in our holistic case and get to know our consumers better.



STEP5: Offer

Reference checks are undertaken before we invite you to join the Graduate Program. Should you accept, a confirmation offer will be made in writing as the final stage of the selection process.
